-the train stations: their location near wooded areas; their gray design concrete design, accented by yellow lines in hazardous locations; the helvetica location signs (not just true to staten island, but all of new york city); the abandoned waiting area in the Oakwood train station, complete with old maps of Staten Island, ticket booth, and ferry timetable.
-the downtown areas surrounding every train station: probably there since the train stations were modernized (not sure of when that happened, but easy enough to find out).

- The dump: it’s location near the Staten Island Greenbelt; the smell that encompasses the island after a rainy night; it’s height (purportedly taller than the Statue of Liberty)
